Returns Policy



CHANGE OF MIND

Our returns policy, which is in addition to your statutory right, entitles you to a refund for an item bought online with a valid receipt in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

For a refund, items must be unused, must not be previously installed or assembled, returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. We reserve the right to make deduction from your refund to cover any repackaging costs.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if arranged via our service. We recommend if you are shipping an item over £50 to use a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods by the delivery company.

 

 

REFUND PAYMENTS

Once we receive your return products and confirm that all of the requirements have been met, your returns will be processed to the original payment method used to place your order. You will receive an email confirmation after the refund has been processed. Refund times will vary depending on your Credit/Debit cards company policy.

 

FAULTY GOODS

Faults with our products are rare, but if for any reason you have received a faulty product, get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery, by emailing info@hassendesign.com.
